- Registration fee covers day time hospitality during conference days, proceedings and kit for the registered delegates.
- Registration fee is non-refundable. However, change in nomination can be permitted only on special request.
- Subscription for regular updates about the conference can be done; however, registration will only be confirmed on receipt of hard copy of registration form and demand draft.
- After online registration the candidate has to send the signed print-out of the filled registration form along with the original demand draft to the below mentioned address.The print-out of the filled registration forms should be duly endorsed by the Head of Institution/Guide/HOD by signature and seal (in case of UG and PG and Ph.D. students).
- In case of group registration, each member of the group has to fill and submit a separate registration form but demand draft can be consolidated/combined for the total amount. The DD number should be mentioned in the form by all members of the group.
- *Accompanying person will only receive daytime hospitality and will not get registration kit and certificate.
- Demand draft should be drawn in favour of “Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University”, payable at Ahmedabad.
